# Refund Policy We want you to love your reel. If for any reason you do not, here is how returns work. ## 60-day return window You may return any unused YSH-EV014 reel within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. The reel must be in its original packaging, complete with all included accessories (wall bracket, screws, carry bag). ## How to start a return Email support@example.com with your order number and a short note. We respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (US, EU, UK) or instructions for other regions. ## When you will receive your refund Once we receive and inspect the returned reel, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Bank settlement can take an additional 3–10 days depending on your card issuer. ## Exceptions - Items that show signs of use beyond unboxing and trial-fitting - Reels modified or repaired by a third party - Free gifts, promotional add-ons or gift cards ## Defective products If your reel arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 2-year warranty period, see our [Warranty policy](/policies/warranty) — that route is faster than a return. ## Questions support@example.com — Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 UTC. ```
