``` # 2-Year Warranty Every YSH-EV014 reel is covered for two years from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. We honour the warranty even if you are the second owner — as long as the original order number is provided. ## What is covered - Faulty retract mechanism (spring failure, gear seizure) - Connector overheating not caused by misuse - Cable jacket cracking or insulation breakdown - LED indicator failure ## What is not covered - Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) from normal use - Damage from collisions, drops or extreme force - Damage caused by tampering, opening the housing, or third-party repair - Use outside specified electrical parameters (above 32A continuous, etc.) ## How to claim Email support@example.com with: 1. Order number 2. Short description and a photo or video of the fault 3. Your shipping address for the replacement We typically respond within 1 business day. Most claims are resolved in 48 hours by shipping a free replacement; the faulty reel is collected by our courier. ``` ---
