# Shipping Policy ## Free worldwide shipping on orders over $299 Most orders qualify. Orders below the threshold see calculated shipping at checkout based on destination. ## Processing time We dispatch within 5 business days of receiving your order. Where possible we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — clearly shown at checkout. ## Failed delivery If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept, we refund the order minus return shipping costs.
